Pier 66 Cottage & Boat Rental Season

All our Cottages are Pet Friendly!

 Around the lake you can enjoy some close by restaurants, eateries and taverns such as The Fishermen's Tavern, Frog Pond and Bear Inn .  Dutch Treat is a nice little restaurant in an  Amish Community  Spartansburg, Pa which is  10 miles miles away from the lake as well as some great  restaurants in Erie which is 31 miles, 25 miles to Meadville, PA and 15 miles to Titusville, PA.

Places to Eat:


Cottages are to be swept upon departure and your trash removed from your cottage and placed in your outside can or property receptacle.  Excessive cleaning may result in $50.00 cleaning charge.

Housekeeping & Trash:

Each of our cottages have an Occupancy Limit and if you have any overnight guest staying in your cottage above and beyond the cottage's capacity, you will be charged $50.00 + tax per person per day.

Deposits, Cancellation, Payment & Rates:

Boat Slips, Storage & Repair:

There is a 10 HP limit on Canadota Lake. We rent Pontoons by the hour, day or week!  You can also rent Motor Boats, Canoes, Row Boats, Kayaks, Paddle Boats and even Sail Boats!  We provide the life jackets for your but, if you have children 12 or under in your party, the boating rules and regulations stipulate that they must wear a life jacket  when the boat is running.  Adults and children 12 and over are required to each have a life jacket on the boat but are not required to wear it.  In addition, we ask that you don't swim in our life jackets as they are nylon and tear easily so, we ask that you bring floats and any other swim tubes that you want to bring.  Please don't pull any floats with our pontoons or hook anything up to the motor as rope gets wrapped around the motor.  Before leaving the dock, we go over the boating rules and regulations for your safety and you're required to sign a form that you understand the boating rules and also understand that you are liable for any damage to your boat, anchor, life jackets, including anything on or attached to your boat.  When you board your pontoon or motor boat, we will go over the operations of the boat and you will have an opportunity to ask any questions to be sure you understand.  Feel free to ask!  We want you to have a great time but also want you to know how to use the boat safely!!

Area Attractions Nearby:

Our season begins May-November for our lake front cottages.  We have one lake front cottage that is available year round and that is the Mom's Cottage.

The Amenities our Guest Enjoy at Pier 66:

We provide all your Firewood Free!  But, we kindly ask that you do not burn in access meaning daytime burning and that your do not leave your fire burning unattended.

Overnight Guest Policy:

We have slips available for your pontoon or other watercraft and can store and maintenance them in the spring or fall in addition to any repair or replacement to your motor or boat.

We are within walking distance to the Laundromat, Salon, Stores, 18-hole Putt-Putt, Golf/Driving Range, Roller Skating, Water Slide, Swimming & Fishing!  Close by activities and attractions include:  Bicycling on 10 miles of paved trails, Hiking scenic train ride on starting at historical Drake Well, Museums, Antique Shops, Amish Community nearby, Horse Back Riding, Movie Theatres and also a Drive-in Movie Theatre!

  • Wade, Fish or Sit by the Lake or Docks
  • Access to our Docks

  • Gas Grills, Patio Furniture
  • Basketball, badminton, & Horseshoes!
  • We sell Bait close by our Docks!
  • We sell Ice on property!
  • Access to the pavilion for family gatherings or crafts!

A $200.00 deposit is required per cottage per reservation and must be received within 5 business days of making your reservations.  In addition, there will be a $150.00 Cash Damage Deposit required at the time of your arrival when you fill out your paperwork and receive your key.  This damage deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damages are done in your cottage.

For Cancellation, if you give a 45 days or more notice, your deposit is fully refunded.  For 30-11 days notice, 50% deposit is refunded.  And, for 10 days or less, your deposit will not be refunded unless the cottage can be rebooked for your exact dates of your reservation.

We do not accept credit cards so, acceptable payments are a personal check or money orders for deposits.  Your balance once you arrive can be paid by cash, money order or personal check.  Our  rentals are from Sat. to Sat throughout the summer but will accept a 3 night minimum if no reservation is booked and 3 night minimum stays are required during holidays. For questions about rates, we want to maintain that personal contact with our guests so, please call us or fill out the contact form.  All cottages are subject to a 6% Sales Tax and a 3% County Tax.
